Hélène holds an Advanced Post Master Diploma (DESS) in European Business Law from the University of Paris X-Nanterre, as well as an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham. As a member of the Paris Bar, she worked as a corporate lawyer in the New York and Paris offices of Debevoise & Plimpton (1998-2003), then as a corporate lawyer in the Paris office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (2004-2008).

During her years as a lawyer, Hélène advised French and international clients on a large variety of corporate transactions as well on a number of arbitration and litigation matters, negotiating and drafting documents in French and English with equal ease.

Hélène began working as a legal translator in 2009. She translates all kinds of legal documents, from contracts to articles of association and other corporate documents as well as arbitral awards, court decisions and other documents in relation to litigation and arbitration matters. Her clients include French and international law firms as well corporate legal departments.

Hélène has been bilingual in French and English since early childhood, and was educated at British and international schools (British School of Riyadh, Lycée International de Saint-Germain-en-Laye). She translates documents from French into English and from English into French.
