Marie Mans

 

After graduating from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas with an Advanced Post Master Diploma (DESS-DJCE) in business law and a Magistère in Business Law, Marie was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005 when she joined and worked for almost 8 years as a lawyer within the Corporate/M&A and Banking practices of the Parisian offices of the international leading law firms, Linklaters LLP and Mayer Brown LLP.

In that capacity, Marie Mans advised investment funds, private companies and financial institutions on international transactions involving both listed and non-listed companies (leverage buy-outs, public takeovers, acquisition finance, etc.) and drafted, negotiated and translated French and English legal documentation related thereto (contracts of all kinds, corporate documents, Courts’ decisions, etc.).

Marie Mans also worked 6 months in London while on secondment within the London office of Linklaters LLP.

Marie Mans translates from English to French and from French to English. She works on a regular basis for law firms, companies and notaries.
